Our programs use the outdoors as a place for families to reconnect. We believe that a fishing line, a campfire, a hunting trip, or a day outside can create conversations and memories that last far beyond the experience itself.

HUNTING EXPERIENCES

Our hunting experiences give eligible participants an opportunity to spend meaningful time outdoors while creating shared experiences with family.

From learning about the outdoors to enjoying time together in the field, hunting can provide an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and build confidence.

Camping and outdoor activities give families the chance to step away from everyday distractions and spend intentional time together.

Connecting Families Through Outdoor Adventures

Family Valor Outdoors was created because the need existed—not because funding existed. For approximately three years before becoming an official nonprofit, Founder and President Sean Curb, a retired military service member, personally funded outdoor experiences that impacted approximately 30–35 families.
Today, Family Valor Outdoors exists to strengthen families by bringing Veterans, Active-Duty Service Members, First Responders, youth, and their loved ones together through hunting, fishing, camping, and meaningful time outdoors.
